Bro. Rey L. Valleser is a Third Order Franciscan of the Servant of the Poor, a Lay Evangelist and teacher who has been involved with the Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1970. He has been on program of the Northern California coalition of charismatic Diocesan Liaison in Santa Clara and also with the Diocesan Charismatic Conference of Sacramento. He is a powerful and a much sought after speaker.
