There is free income tax preparation at the Benicia Community Action Council 480 Military East, Benicia, CA 94510.

Envelopes are available in front of the BCAC office. Simply fill out the intake interview sheet, complete the questionnaire on the intake sheet, place all the tax documents inside the envelope and drop it in the mailbox in front of the office.
