Fr. Vincent Lyons Memorial Scholarship
Deadline: Friday, May 26, 2023 @ 4:00 PM
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a 2023 graduating high school senior.
Must be from a family registered to this parish.
Must have proof of admission to an accredited college or university, community college, or technical school.
Should demonstrate academic promise and leadership qualities.
Consideration Requirements:
Application form.
Official high school transcripts, including the first grading period of the senior year in high school. Transcript must be in the 4.0 grade scale, or if in a different system, translated to the 4.0 scale.
Acceptance letter from the accredited school, community, or technical school you will attend.
Two (2) reference letters.
Signed copy of the first page of the application form (bottom portion).
Essay:
Topic: “An insight on how the Fr. Vincent Lyons Memorial Scholarship will help shape my academic goals.”
Parameters: One (1) page only. Single spaced. Must be legible and neat.

St. Catherine of Siena Distinguished Service Award

Must be from a family registered to this parish.
Must demonstrate parish or community involvement.
Consideration Requirements:
Application form.
Signed copy of the first page of the application form (bottom portion).

Topic: “During COVID-19, how did the pandemic affect my service to my parish and my community?”
Parameters: One (1) page only. Single spaced. Must be legible and neat.
